By accessing and using the asseteducation website and enrolling in our financial literacy courses, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

Services Description

asseteducation provides educational courses and resources related to financial literacy, including but not limited to:

  • Budgeting and cashflow management courses
  • Credit and debt management education
  • Investing foundations training
  • Financial tools and templates
  • Educational resources and materials

Course Enrollment

Eligibility

To enroll in our courses, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

Payment Terms

Course fees are due at the time of enrollment unless otherwise specified. All prices are in Canadian dollars and are subject to applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change course prices at any time, but changes will not affect existing enrollments.

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of enrollment. To request a refund, you must contact us within 14 days and demonstrate that you have not substantially accessed the course materials. Refunds will be processed within 30 business days.

Intellectual Property

All course materials, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and software, are the property of asseteducation or its content suppliers and are protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.

License to Use

Upon enrollment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course materials for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.

Restrictions

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute course materials
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use course materials for commercial purposes
  • Modify or create derivative works from course materials
  • Remove copyright or proprietary notices

User Conduct
